World Book Day
We came dressed as characters from a poem for World Book Day this year. Don't we look fabulous!
Where would you build a castle?
We worked in groups to look at the advantages and disadvantages of different locations.
Which biscuit is the best for dunking?
We planned a fair test to find the answer to this question. First we looked at the properties of each biscuit, next we made a prediction and then we carried out the experiment and discussed the results.
Hooray for arrays!
We have been using arrays in maths to help us with our calculations.
We have been enjoying poems by Roger McGough in English. We worked in groups to plan and perform his famous poem, Poetry Pie.
In art we are using water colour paints to create a painting in the style of James Paterson.
