Love
Love- We want to show kindness and helpfulness to all. "To love your neighbour as yourself." Matthew 22: 37-39
Sycamore class planned and organised the Macmillan Coffee morning event and raised an incredible £300. They demonstrated the same love as shown by the Good Samaritan (Agape) Love for someone they do not know.
Maple class read 1 Corinthians 13, about what love is like. Then they wrote their own poems and drew cartoons about love.
As part of their class focus on random acts of kindness, two girls in Beech Class organised a cake sale, with all proceeds going to the Wincanton Food Bank. The cakes were delicious and an impressive £122.80 was raised for this fantastic organisation. Well done, girls!
