The relevant documentation needs to be fully completed and signed by parents/carers before school staff are allowed to administer medication to your child. Copies of these forms are available from the school office, but you may prefer to print a copy in advance to complete at home. 

 

All medication must be delivered in person to the school office by an adult.  It is not acceptable for any children to be transporting medicine themselves, or carrying it around school. The only exception to this rule is asthma inhalers. We have a locked medicine cupboard in school if you would like to leave medication with us.
