We took a team of six girls and six boys to the King Arthur's School Top Link Indoor Athletics competition. We spent the morning practising the different events before the main competition started. Each team member then competed in two field and two track events and we were delighted to win the event.

Year 6 are enjoying their daily run. They're adding up their laps to see how far they can get before the holidays.

The girls played so well in the King Arthur’s tournament. We were the only all girl team and held our own against teams that had at least 2 boys in them, which makes a huge difference when playing 5 a-side indoor. We ended up third in our pool by 1 point and the final was played between the two teams that ended above us in our pool. The girls should feel proud of their achievements.
