Week beginning 18/5/20
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme is Kindness. We know that being kind is good for other people, but it is also good for you. Remember when we read Have You Filled A Bucket Today? We saw how when we do something kind for someone else, it makes them feel good but it also makes us feel good.
So this week I challenge you to be kind. Take every opportunity to be kind to someone else. Find as many ways to be kind as you can. Can you find a way of being kind in secret? And notice how it feels to be kind.
Because kindness matters.
