Maths- Line graphs
This is another recap week. We have completed work on line graphs this year already but it was several months ago now.
Each day this week, you must record how long it takes you to do some physical activity. For example, the time it takes to complete 3 laps of the school track. It's up to you but it must be the same task each day.
Session 1: Watch video on introducing line graphs; look at the what's wrong axes - decide what is wrong with each set. Now complete session 1 worksheet: line graphs. Extra task: Session 1: White Rose line graphs
Session 2: Mark your work from yesterday. Select whether to do CorbettMaths line graphs level 1 old test questions sheet. Extra task: Ask your own questions sheet. 6 graphs have no questions at all. Write at least 3 questions for each graph and get a partner or parent to mark them!
Session 3: Watch video on drawing line graphs; complete White Rose worksheet on drawing line graphs Extra task: CorbettMaths line graphs problems.
Session 4: Use the data which you have collected from your physical activity this week. Present your data in a line graph and send it through to me so I can post on the class page! Extra task: Create your own questions from your graph and get a partner or parent to answer them!
