Beech Class trip to Nothe Fort
On Monday 27th March, Beech class visited Nothe Fort, Weymouth's historic sea fort on the Jurassic coast.
'It was great fun because it was like going back in time. It was a very cool experience and I would recommend it to everyone. When we were there we got to go into an old fashioned class room, learn how to cook and wash, used a ration book in a shop and learnt about fire wardens. My favourite part was trying to put out the fire with a stirrup pump'. Ida Fitzgerald, pupil in Beech class.
